MAKING MONEY OUT OF TIME TRAVEL !!
This railway box car is symbollic of the business with the highest profit in Europe. No, it does not contain Heroin, it contains mainly Roma children. The wheels are bricked up because this box car only travels through time and not space. No resources are wasted like the inefficient human slave suppliers of the Nazi concentration camps or the Soviet Gulag. This is more sophisticated. Since the fall of Communism in 1989, free market principles have applied. Supply chain logistics only involve time travel. The box car is a TIME MACHINE called a Special school. Most are in rural regions and they are 'managed' by local governments. Roma children enter at 6 or 7 years of age and leave at 12 or 13 years of age. They are forced into the system by fraudulent assessments by government experts stating the children are educationally subnormal. This is done to grab the annual Euro 1,750 central government allowance for children with special needs. But the children are taught nothing intentionally. If they had any opportunity to show promise then people would realise the assessments were fraudulent and that the kids should not be there. That would be really bad for business !! When they leave it is the children's responsibility to find work. Local governments and politicians often accuse Roma children of not valuing education, of being uneducated or stupid and think that society owes them a living!! During 1989-2004, Special schools showed the fastest growth in history with school populations rising from around 24,000 to 150,000 now (in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia). The financial turnover has been fantastic. Over that time period and since the fall of communism, over Euro 1.00 billion have poured into local authorities. In the same period the European Union, in its generocity, gave Euro 45 million to largely useless Roma projects. This is equivalent to 3.6% of the money "creamed off" by local governments at the expense of Roma children.
