The Minister of Education of the Government of Hungary, Balint MAGYAR, has just presented a paper on eLearning. You can see the cover on the left. This is quite fascinating coming from someone within the current Hungarian government. We have read his paper but it would seem to step well beyond the current norms in Hungary. Balint has forgotten to mention some things which are quite important. We present a short automatic slide commentary where we try and clarify what we think.
